Fragrance: Hints of vanilla and ground black pepper. Notes of balsamic taper off.
Taste: The texture is captivating, thanks to the richness of the alcohol from the warm climate in
Apulia. The bouquet is broad, it reveals notes of violets, ripe cherries and plum jam. Softness,
freshness, and flavour are in perfect harmony on the palate. The tannins are smooth, dense and
intriguing.
Food Match: Ziti and lamb sauce and points of pork, with beef fillet and mushrooms or with
aged caciocavallo.
